From Yelp.com:

After taking a break from yoga for over two years (and parting on bad terms), a heap of tension brought me to Dou Yoga for a "Strengthen and Relax" class with Ariel. My experience as a brand new, somewhat apprehensive student was totally positive from start to finish.

My two concerns with going to a new studio (like trying a new gym) are a) Can I make it through physically? and b) Will I feel comfortable here?

As far as feeling comfortable, Dou set me right at ease. The vibe here is very friendly and welcoming. Ariel came over before class and introduced herself and asked about my experience, and was very diligent during the class about suggesting modifications for poses, making me feel it was okay to take it easy when I needed to, or try again after I fell over. The mood in the class was lighthearted and joyous, including laughter and occasional birdcalls.

By the end of the session I felt great, and actually looking forward to making yoga a regular part of my schedule again!

The instructors are patient and welcoming, especially to newcomers, and those like me who are not only new to the practice of Yoga, but come with a strong desire to hide in the back of the class. To single out one instructor, Ariel is one of the best  (I'm SO sad that she will be taking her instruction to the East Coast), - Dani Z.

I went here with a Living Social or Groupon deal.. I can't remember. But it is a great studio.  Ariel is one of the best instructors I have ever taken for yoga. I took her on my first visit and made sure she was my only instructor the rest of the classes.  - Katie L.

I loved Basic Yoga with Ariel - she's kind, supportive but not pushy, and had the best playlist ever.  By the way, this class is labeled basic but any level can get something out of it. - Kate W.

I was impressed by all teachers, their commitment and genuine kindness, but I decided that I like Ariel best - she is a riot!  -Claudia B.

Ariel Kiley taught my first class at InYoga (Yoga Basics), and though my schedule conflicted with a lot of her classes, she was basically responsible for my coming back, since she made such a great impression. Very encouraging, and super sweet.  -Tessa B.
